Take a frying pan and add butter.. let heat.. now add sliced onions and saute for 2-3min till onions turn light brown and add sliced mushrooms and saute.. sprinkle salt and pepper as per requirement and saute for 2-3 min till mushrooms are soft

Take a bread slice and flatten it with hand or rolling pin and place the mushroom filling and grated cheese..Cover the filling with bread slice and seal the sides with hand or fork..keep aside

Add salt and pepper to egg & milk mixture and stir well
- 6
Take a frying pan add butter to it and heat on medium flame... take the sealed bread & dip in egg mix and fry it on the pan till bread is toasted..
