Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place chicken in baking dish skin-side down

Mix remaining ingerdients in a bowl

Brush 1/2 of the mayo mixture over the chicken

Cover the pan and bake for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes, remove pan from the oven.

Uncover and flip the chicken over. Brush with the remaining mayo mixture

Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is 175°F
