This recipe for pancakes is a Sunday tradition at my house.
This version makes for very fluffy/thick pancakes. If you like your pancakes a bit thinner, (or more of them) use 2 cups milk.

This recipe for pancakes is a Sunday tradition at my house.
This version makes for very fluffy/thick pancakes. If you like your pancakes a bit thinner, (or more of them) use 2 cups milk.

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl

Whisk wet ingredient together separately, then mix with the dry ingredients

Preheat frying pan or skillet to medium-high heat (6 on my stove)
- 4
Ladle out pancakes at a 1/4 cup each, which makes pancakes about 5 inches wide.

Cook for about 2 minutes each side.

Put the finished pancakes on a plate and put them in an oven to warm while you finish the rest of the batter.
