Semolina spicy pancake
It is an easy, lil prep, breakfast dish.
Steps

Take a bowl add semolina, coconut, chopped onions, green chillis, coriander, cucumber, salt and water. Mix well.

The consistency of the batter should be same as that of the idli batter.

Rest it for around 5 min. Then heat a pan, grease it oil and pour the batter. Note that you cannot easily swirl it like a dosa, instead you should pour 1 big spoon of batter on the pan and pat it to a round shape slowly.

Within 10 mins it is ready to serve. You can serve it with cutney or sauce.
