Sliced chorizo (approx 5/7 slices per person)

Fire the BBQ up. As it's nearing temp throw on the chorizo. You want it around 200deg here.
2

Turn after a few mins. Turn as many times as you need to get an even cook. As soon as you see any blackening take it off.

Serve and enjoy.
