Cluster beans sabji with gravy
A healthy veggie with some gravy
Steps

Wash and chop cluster beans.

Wash peel and cut potato in small pieces.

Chop Onion garlic green chilli coriander and tomato finely.

Now heat a wok and add oil in it
- 5
When oil is hot add cumin seeds and asfoateida in it.

Once cumin seeds starts crackling add Onion and garlic in it.

When Onion change it's colour add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder in it.

When spices starts leaving oil then put tomato in it. Mix it well

When tomato become mushy put cluster beans and potato in it and mix it well.

Now add salt as per your taste. Add some water according your need of gravy.

Now cover it and cook it on medium flame.

When beans and potato become soft turn off the flame.

Your cluster beans with gravy is ready. Garnish with Green coriander and Enjoy it hot with chapati.
