  1. 1 lbElkrich Smoked Sausage
  2. 1 headcabbage
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 1/2green bell pepper
  5. 1salt, pepper, old bay, garlic powder
  6. 1 stickbutter
  7. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  8. 1large can of mild rotel (drained)

  1. 1

    In large skillet coat bottom with butter. Cut up cabbage & slice onion & bell pepper, place in skillet til tender.

  2. 2

    Add chicken broth, sliced smoked sausage & the rest of the stick of butter.

  3. 3

    Add seasonings & can of rotel. Let cook for about 7mins, turning it over until finished.

  4. 4

    Enjoy!

I love to travel & experiment with different cultures & cuisines! I started cooking at 16 & haven’t stopped! I enjoy watching people rave over my many home made recipes & I also like to cook a good old fashion handed down recipe from my ancestors from time to time. I am of German & Russian descent with a passion for amazing food! There is nothing I wont try at least once! I hope you also enjoy the recipes I post on this fun app & I hope it brings happiness to your bellies as it has ours!
