Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 250 grammushroom
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 3-4garlic paste
  • 1/2" ginger paste
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededbutter

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Blanch the mushroom well

  2. 2

    Now heat butter and add onion and saute

  3. 3

    Add salt and chilli Powder and saute till it become soft

  4. 4

    Add all the sauce and sugar(optional)

  5. 5

    Mix well and switch off the flame

  6. 6

    Serve it with fried rice or chapati
