Take a bowl add besan, rice batrer, rava and mix well, add water as needed.keep it 30 minute fir rest.

Now heat nonstice tava, apply oil, sprwad batrer with laddle and spread it round with a steel bowl.

Make thin dosa, apply 2..3 spoon potato stuffing and spread it now fold it, make crispy and serve it with sambhar and chutney.
