Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in pan then add asafoetida and cumin seeds into it and allow it to crackle. Now roast besan in it till it becomes slight brown in colour.

Take boiled potatoes and hollow it from middle.

Now in a bowl, take Scooped out potato, paneer, green chillies and half portion of all above mentioned spices and mix them well.

Now add roasted besan in this mixture and mix it well.

Now stuff this mixture in hollow potatoes. After stuffing, some mixture will be left.

In another bowl, mix all purpose flour with water, little bit of salt and garam masala powder and make a very thin batter of it.

Then dip those stuffed potatoes in the batter and deep fry it.

Now drain it from oil.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds, green chillies and bay leaves in it and allow it to crackle. Add left potato mix, tomatoes and all spices and dry fenugreek leaves in it and cook it well.

Now add curd in this mixture and cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Add water as per your requirement and boil it.

Then add fried potatoes in it and cook it well.

Your besan stuffed potatoes are ready to serve.
