It is a Gujrati recipi.made with less oil and perfect break fast dish too.
Steps

Take gram flour,whisked curd,turmric powder, red chilli powder,and salt in a bowl, stir untuk all lund get dissolved.

Add 2 cup water in batter, stir again until batter get smooth.now batter is ready.

Add this batter in utensil and cook for 9 - 10 minutes or until batter seprated from the utensil.cook the batter by stirring constantly.

When batter is cooked,turn of the gas and set the batter in any plain aur face like plate,steel tray, plain marble surface.

Spread batter evenly and let it get set within 5 - 6 minutes.

Cut in to 2 inch long strip and fold it like roll.place the roll on a plate.

Now we make tadka in tadka pan, add 2 tsp oil, musterd seed, pour this tadka on khandavi.garnish with green chilli and coriander.
