Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupgram flour / besan
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2green chiili chopped
  • 1small size tomato chopped
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  • as neededOil / butter for toast
  • 1 tbspGinger-garlic (gratted)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl take gram flour, add onion, tomato, Coriander leaves, green chiili, cumin powder, Coriander powder, salt, Turmeric powder

    Add water and make thin batter

    Now shallow fry all the breads
