Pakwan
Take a bowl add all purpose flour,cumin seeds,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well. - 2
Make a soft dough with adding water and keep aside for 30 mins.

Now make pakwan like you make thin chapati

Prick the chapati with fork

Heat enough oil in a pan

Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy in a medium flame.

Daal
Soak chana daal and moong daal for half an hour. - 8
Add salt and turmeric powder and pressure cook for 5 mins

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds to crackle.

Add chopped tomato and saute for one to two mins.

Add red chilli powder,black pepper powder,amchur powder and mix well.

Add in the chana dal.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Enjoy daal pakwan.
