I have a friend who grows fresh vegetables every year. I get a large amount of tomatoes and cucumbers. This recipe grew out of a need to use those vegetables quickly.

Equal amounts of
Halved cherry tomatoes
Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
Sliced black olives
Any brand of Italian salad dressing
to tasteDill weed
to tasteParsley

Mix all ingredients together in a salad bowl, let marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours before service
