This is just fish flavoured no spice just salt + Pepper, and scolloped potatoes roasted on top.
Steps

Add all the fish recipe in an ovenproof dish with a lid, and add 2 cup Boiling water.(not the potatoes) and add to a preheated oven 170C or Gas 6 let it all cook for 45 minutes.

Part boil the potatoes take them and slice potatoes into scollop shapes thick slices.

Bring the fish out of the oven add it to another flat dish.straining the fish and veg

With the remaining juice off the fish add the oyster sauce and stir in

Add 1 tsp corn flour to the juice to thicken
- 7
Add it back to the fish and then layer with potatoes add salt and pepper

And add it back in the oven same heat for 15 -20 minutes

Serve Hot. Add some fresh parsley to finish
