Wash, peel and cut all the ingredients. Place them in a saucepan and add water till the vegetables are covered vegetables 2 fingers above.

Bring it to boil. Add a bit of oil and salt.

Leave in slow cooking till the vegetables are soft and tender (check it with a fork).
