  • 1/2 spoonsalt
  • 1/8 Spooncarom seeds
  • as neededWater
  • As neededOil for frying

    Peel and cut sponge gourd lengthwise

    Mix gram flour,salt carom seeds and water in a bowl

    Make a thick paste

  4. 4

    Dip sponge gourd pieces and deep fry in hot oil
