Ingredients

  1. 350 gmsuji
  2. 900 mlwater
  3. 4big potatoes
  4. 4 tbspGreen peas
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tbspajwain/carom seeds
  7. 1 tbspjeera
  8. 1big onion
  9. as neededOil
  10. 4Green chillies
  11. Pinchhing
  12. to tasteChilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspCumin powder/jeera powder
  14. 1/2 tspCoriander powder/dhaniya powder
  15. as neededcoriander leaves
  16. 1 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes and peas

    Now in a woke add water, ajwain and salt and boil it. Now add suji in boiling water and cook it till it like dough and cool it down in room temperature.

    Add oil in a frying pan and add jeera, green chillies, onion, smashed potato, peas, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and garam masala. Stuffing is ready.

    Now take small amount of suji on palm and spread it, then put stuffing in between and cover it with suji and shape it of kachori.

    Now deep fry it till golden brown and serve it with sauce.
