Just a way to eat leftovers. The pink hue pickles are my homemade pickles. The reason for the pink hue is I used Pink Himalayan salt and it turned the pickling liquids to a pink hue. The reason for the name roundwich is because I couldn't fit the whole name of the recipe on it.
