Makahani Paneer Coins
Steps

Cook the small thick chapati and keep it aside.

Cut the paneer into desired shapes,
In a pan add little oil Add Onions,garlic sauté then add chopped tomatoes roast well and cook the paneer till slight brown and keep aside.Fry some onions slices. - 3
In a pan add the butter and add the ground paste.
Add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and kasoori methi. - 4
Cook till the raw smell of the masala goes off.
Add the paneer cubes to this and sugar.
Mix well. - 5
Add the fresh cream now.
Mix and cook till the mixture becomes semi dry. - 6
Switch off the flame and allow this to cool completely.
Chop the coriander leaves finely. - 7
Let's proceed with serving the Paneer makhani coins.Place a roti round as the base layer.

Top it with the Makhani gravy and then add a piece or two of the paneer.

Garnish with a tiny blob of whipped cream and coriander leaves.
Repeat this for the rest of the gravy and chapati roundels.Garnish with curry leaves and fried onions slices.When our family gets together this dish is often prepared and enjoyed by all family members.
