  • 200 gramsuji
  • 1 handfulcashew-raisins
  • 1 cupsuji/semolina
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • As neededghee
  • 1 cupmilk

    Dry roast the semolina

    Add ghee and roast

  3. 3

    Add milk and cashew raisins mix

  4. 4

    Add sugar and 1 pinch of salt

  5. 5

    Mix and drizzle ghee

  6. 6

    Serve it with puree
