Ingredients

  • 500 gmred tomatoes
  • 1 tspVinegar
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop tomatoes

  2. 2

    Strain from a strainer

  3. 3

    Now take a pan.... Start cooking of tomato puree

  4. 4

    Cook till it lost it's all moisture

  5. 5

    Now add salt and vinegar cook for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Cool it and keep in jar... Freeze it

  7. 7

    Use in any gravy curry
