Besan Chutney
Steps

Take a bowl add besan,curd,ginger,greenchilli,corrienderleaves paste,turmericpowder,salt &sugar mix well.

Heat a pan add oil,add rai&hing crackle for a mints.

Put the besan batter&cook nicely till thick in sim gas.

Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil,add rai,&1/4tsp redchillipowder.

Pour this tadka on the chutney,garnish with corrienderleaves serve with any snacks.
