  1. 1 CupLeft Over Rice
  2. 1 CupLeftover Roti (Powdered)
  3. 1 CupBoiled and Mashed Potatoes
  4. 1Finely Chopped Onion
  5. 1Finely Grated Carrot
  6. 3-4 tbspSpinach Paste
  7. 2 tbspCrushed Green peas
  8. 1 tbspFinely Chopped Fresh Coriander
  9. 1 tbspGreen Chilli Paste
  10. 1 tbspGinger Paste
  11. Lemon Juice per taste
  12. Salt Per Taste
  13. 2-3Chopped Green chillies
  14. 2 tbspBread Crumbs
  15. Oil for frying
  16. SticksKebab

Steps

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the Rotis in a Mixy to powder form.

  2. 2

    Take all ingredients except Bread Crumbs,Oil for frying and kebab sticks and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now grease your hands and give a kebab shape with your hands.

  4. 4

    I Fried it but you can Shallow fry it or grill it or make Kebab balls in appe Pan with less oil

  5. 5

    Now roll the kebabs in the bread crumbs and in medium hot oil fry it till crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve with Red Chilli Sauce
