Add salt and coriander leaves to leftover idli batter and mix well

Heat a sandwich maker/grill after greasing the trays on both sides with oil

Add a thin layer of idli batter on the trays

Add a tablespoon of potato curry over each tray having idli batter

Carefully spoon a layer of idli batter covering the potato layer

Grill normally for 4-5 minutes till crisp

Serve immediately accompanied by spicy chutnies and a cup of piping hot filter coffee
