In a big bowl take atta. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,ajwain, and salt to it. Mix well.

Add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest covered for at least half our.

Divide the dough into 2 equal balls.
Take one ball and roll it into a thin circle. - 4
Now apply thepoha evenly on the roti.Apply water on the circumference of the roti.

Start folding from one side and keep rolling. Press it nicely to seal the roll.

Cut the roll into small parts.

Preheat the oven at 200° C.
11. Arrange the poha roll pieces in the baking dish and keep it in the oven and bake for about 22 minutes or until crispy. - 8
Serve hot with ketchup, chutneys, etc....
