Beat the yolks with sugar and lemon by hand slightly

Whip egg whites with sugar until very stiff, combine part 1 with part 2 and fold in the flour

Use a piping bag with large round tip and pipe on grease proof paper dust freely with icing and bake in hot oven till brown
