Delicious whole wheat biscuits that you can easily make in a pressure cooker and store in an airtight container for up to a month.

First, mash the sugar and ghee together by hand for about 4 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Add the whole wheat flour and baking powder, and mix well.

Add the all-purpose flour and mix, then knead the dough using the milk.

Put the dough into a cookie press to shape the biscuits. If you don't have a cookie press, shape the dough into any desired shape by hand.

To bake in a pressure cooker, add salt to the bottom, place a stand or small bowl on top, cover tightly, and preheat on low heat for 10 minutes.

Place the biscuits on an idli tray, then cook in the pressure cooker (without the gasket and whistle) on low heat for 15 minutes.

If using an oven, preheat to 300°F (150°C) and bake for 25 minutes.
