Ingredients

  1. 1 cupLeftover rice
  2. 2 tbspGrated gajar
  3. 2 tbspGrated Beatroot
  4. 2 tbspGrated papaya
  5. 2 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tbspRice flour
  7. 1 tbspCornflour
  8. 1 tbspChat masala
  9. 1 tspChilliflake
  10. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  11. 1/4 tspTurmeric
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Griend the leftover rice with adding 1 tbsp water.

    Take a bowl add rice paste,&all ingredients mix well.

    Add rice flour&cornflour mix well

    Rice mixture is ready.

    Make bar & freeze it 1/2n hour.

    Heat a frying pan add oil and fry the bar.

    When one side is ready flip the other side.

    Ready the rice bar,transfer it on kitchen paper.

    Serve the rice bar with tomato sauce.
