Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6fingers plantain
  2. 1 bunchscent leaf
  3. 1 bunchpumpkin leaf (Ugu)
  4. 1/2 cupCrayfish
  5. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1seasoning powder (Mivina)
  7. 1medium size Onion
  8. 1/2 cupRed oil
  9. 1Whole smoked fish
  10. 1seasoning cube (knorr)
  11. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dice plantain, place in a clean pot, Add sliced onions, red oil, salt and seasoning cube. Add water and cook till soft.

  2. 2

    Add crayfish, smoked fish and seasoning powder, stir and cook for 10minutes minutes.

  3. 3

    Add scent leaf, cook for 5minutes and add Ugu leaf. Add a pinch a salt to bring out taste, stir and cook for 2minutes and serve hot.
