Boil milk and by reducing it make rabdi of it.

Divide these rabid in the ration of 2:1 and in one portion mix saffron strings (preferably large quantity one) and any food colour if your choice (preferably less quantity one)

On the other cut both the chapatis in two halves and gives them shape as per your choice. Here I gave the shape of rose.

Now dip these roses in coloured rabdi and place then in middle of saffron rabdi.

Your rabdi chapati is ready to serve.
