Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cup grated Lauki (water squeezed from it)
  • 1Potato
  • 2 tbspBesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbspSpinach chopped
  • 4 tbspOats powder
  • 2 tbspSesame seeds
  • as neededOil for saute

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix grated lauki and mashed potato,put all the mentioned spices.

  2. 2

    Now add besan and shape them into tikkis.

  3. 3

    Roll them in a mixture of oats powder and sesame seeds.

  4. 4

    Now saute them nicely.
