Steps

Cauliflower florets boil in water for 5 min drain the water and keep aside.

Heat a pan with mustar oil. Add potato cubes and fry with salt and turmeric powder.

In a same pan add oil and fry cauliflower with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.

In a same pan add some oil if required Add onion ginger and garlic paste and saute till it become brown. Add tomato and chilli paste and saute till the raw aroma disappear.

Add salt,turmeric chilli coriander and cumin powder and saute for 10 min on medium flame. Add 2 cup of hot water and cauliflower potato cubes.

Add garam masala. When gravy is thicker is ready to be served.
