Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 200 gramtur daal boiled
  • 1 bowlmix veg cubes(papaya,beans,ridged gourd)
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 2 strandscoriander leaves

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed

  2. 2

    Add the veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Cover it till it become soft

  4. 4

    Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Now pour the daal and boil

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it and enjoy
