Steps

Firstly make a paste of onion tomatoes and (ginger garluc and green chillies seperately)

Now heat oil in a cooker add ginger garlic paste saute for 2/3 sec.

Now add onion paste and keep stirring on medium flame till it is brown in colour.

Now add all the dry masalas curry leaves and stir it cook for 2/3 sec.

Now add tomato puree and cook till it starts leaving oil saute it nicely.

Now put sprouted matki mix it well and saute till oil seperates and it starts leaving sides

Now add 3 glasses of water and give 3 whistle.

Once you open the cooker check if your gravy is thick then add some water and let it boil on medium flame for 8_10 mins till oil floats on top.
