Boil meat in a sufuria until soft or semi soft.

Add in salt and let cook again with salt. Also add in oil this prevents the sufuria from burning.

Add in chopped onions and fry until until golden brown.

Add in tomatoes and stir in until well mashed. Add in little water.

Cook for 3 minutes then serve.
