Steps
- 1
Mix leftover pulao with wheat flour, cornflakes, chopped green chilli and chat masala. Add salt and pepper carefully because pulao is already full of masalas. Make a dough like mixture
- 2
Heat idli cooker and pour 2 glass water. Grease the dhokla tray. Take a small portion of the pulao mixture and roll it on your palm to make a cylindrical shaped log or Gatte. Put it on dhokla tray. Make all the gattas like that and put them on dhokla tray. Cover the idli cooker and cook gattas for 15-20 minutes.
- 3
After that cut the gattas into small pieces. Heat apan. Pour oil in it and splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds with green chilli Julian's. Add some curry patta to it and fry the ready pulao gattas pieces in it. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Your tasty pulao Gatte are ready to eat. Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
