Pre heat air fryer to 180°.

Mix together emmental cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes and coriander leaves in a bowl.

Shape samosa Pattis into cones, fill with a portion of cheese mixture and shape into samosas sealing with flour slurry.

Brush the prepared samosas with oil and air-fry for 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
