Cut the fillets into equal size cubes and Marinate fish for 10-15 minutes with given ingredients.

In a bowl take flours, salt, pepper and red chilli, add little water and make a paste (not too thick nor thin),dip the fish cubes into it and deep fry.

In a wok take 1-2 tsp oil and saute garlic, green onion and bell peppers.

Add soy sauce to it and cook it for 2 minutes. add fried fish to it and let it mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with coriander, lemon slices.Serve hot with green chutney.

Serve with Green Curd Sauce and the secret ingredient is fish sauce. Which you have to add (1 tsp) while marination.
