Steps

Add salt and one spoon oil and knead a soft dough

Heat oil in a wok and add onion toss few min then add cabbage, carrot and capsicum and mix it at high flame

Add noodles, salt, black pepper, vinegar and soy sauce and mix it

Put off the flame and let it cool

Take a small portion from dough and roll it in a thin roti put stuffing on one side and apply water on the edge and roll it tightly

Make all the rolls like this and deep fry it

Serve it with sauce
