Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder and fry

Remove it and keep aside

Add cumin seed and bay leaf

Add onion paste saute well
- 5
Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add tomato red chilli Powder and cashew-raisins paste

Mix well adding sugar

Now add water and boil

Add the fried fish and cover till it become soft
- 10
Finally add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves

Serve it with rice
