My way of cooking paneer
Steps

Cut the Potatoes and paneer

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add whole garam masalas

As the aroma starts to come add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add paneer cubes saute gently

Now take all the ingredients,tomato,ginger, cashew raisins and green chillies and make a paste

Add this into the pan and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add red chilli Powder and mix well

Now add water and boil adding sugar

Add garam masala powder and ghee

Serve it with pullav or chapati
