Salmon Satay Stir-Fry
We love this homemade stir fry sauce and don’t ever buy the shop bought sauces any more.
Steps

Oven roast the salmon fillets at 190 C for 13-15 mins depending on how you like your salmon.

Stir fry the veg in a little sesame oil for a few mins.
- 3
Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together with a balloon whisk.
- 4
Add the sauce to the veg and cook for a further 2 or 3 mins.
- 5
Serve the veg with the salmon.
