Ingredients

6potatoes cubed
3 tbspolive oil
2 tspgarlic
1 lbmaple bacon cooked and chopped
4 ozham (cubed)
1/2onion
1green bell pepper
1red bell pepper
4 ozsliced mushrooms
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

60 mins

Heat olive oil and garlic in large skillet.

Add all ingredients except cheese.

Cook on medium low heat for 30 mins stirring often.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Add cheese and cover for 5 mins until cheese melts. Enjoy :)
