  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 1/4robot peppers, chopped
  4. 3 clovesgarlic, crushed
  5. Few leaves fresh parsley
  6. 1carrot, peeled
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1/2 tsprajah curry powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. 2 tbsppasta sauce (of your choice)
  12. 1 tbspBenny spice

  1. 1

    Fry onion with garlic

    Add benny spice for flavour simmer for 5 minutes
