  • 1 tsprajah curry powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1/4 broccoli, chopped
  • 1/4cauliflower, chopped
  • 1large leek, rinsed and chopped
  • 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic, sliced
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1tomato, grated

    Fry leek and garlic

    Add carrots fry for 3 mins and add grated tomato
