  • 500 gBeef mince meat
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1/4robot peppers, chopped
  • 3 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • Few leaves fresh parsley
  • 1carrot, peeled
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tsprajah curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2 tbsppasta sauce (of your choice)
  • 1 tbspBenny spice

  1. 1

    Fry onion with garlic

    Add carrot stir then all peppers and parsley Wih bay leaves

    Add benny spice for flavour simmer for 5 minutes
