Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1&1/2 cupbesan/gram flour
  2. 1 cupleftover dahi/ curd
  3. 3 cupswater
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspsugar
  6. 1/8 tsphing
  7. 1/8 tsphaldi powder
  8. 1/2 tspginger and chilli paste
  9. 2 tbspoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all ingridents

  2. 2

    Thn strain in a strainer

  3. 3

    In another pan cook it till it becomes thick and stick

  4. 4

    After that grease plain plates with some oil

  5. 5

    Then spread the khandvi base in four plates fastly

  6. 6

    Then spread rai after rolling your khandvi

  7. 7

    Spread dhaniya / coriander and coconut crush

  8. 8

    Then enjoy.
