Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean the arrow roots to remove loose dirt

  2. 2

    Add into the water and boil.to see if they are cooked insert the knife and if cooked it should pass simply

  3. 3

    Peel them and cut into desired shapes.serve with tea
