  1. 1 bunchSpinach
  2. 200 gmCheese
  3. 2Finely chopped Onions
  4. 2Finely chopped tomatoes
  5. 5-6finely chopped garlic
  6. 1/4 teaspoonGinger paste
  7. 2 teaspoonsBesan{gram flour}
  8. 1Finely chopped Green chilli
  9. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonKashmiri lal mirch powder
  11. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  12. 1 tablespoonOil
  13. to tasteSalt according

  1. 1

    Wash, cut and boil spinach. Now grind it to make a paste.

    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it, add garlic till golden brown, then add green chilli and ginger paste saute for a while and add chopped onions and saute till golden brown. Now put turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder. Mix well and then add chopped tomatoes to it. Saute till tomatoes softened. Now put besan to it and saute for 1 min. Now add spinach paste and add some water if required. Cook it till 2 or 3 boils then add paneer/ cheese cubes to it.

    Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
